The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, large chest of drawers, 2 bedside drawers, desk and two hanging rails.
The large kitchen-dining room and living room are shared.
There is a lovely south facing sunny garden - great for BBQs - and includes storage for a bike. Fantastic location - 15 min walk to Richmond Park and 5 min walk to the river and the new PureGym and 3 mins from cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarket.
3 mins walk to Mortlake station with trains to Waterloo (20 mins), Clapham junction (10 mins), Richmond (4 mins) and the West end (35 mins). 3 mins walk to bus stops.
I am an accountant, fairly active in my spare time (cycling and triathlon), and like relaxing over food and wine.
I am ideally looking for a professional, who is trustworthy, clean and tidy.
£750 pcm + £200 pcm (gas, electricity, water, broadband, cleaner and council tax)
