Hi, my name Krish and I live in a 4-bedroom house in East Sheen. I have 1 double bedroom available and I'm looking for a fellow female professional to house share with me and the 2 existing other female housemates. This room is available from 26th February so move in date is soon!

The house is a bright airy 3-storey property with a kitchen, conservatory, dining room and lounge. It has a spacious back garden and patio perfect for BQQs in the summer, street parking and driveway, separate utility area, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an office. There is also a shed in the garden to store bicycles.

The house is situated just off Upper Richmond Road along a tree-lined quiet road which has Palewell Park with tennis courts and sports clubs at the end of the road. The house is also a stone's throw from the beautiful greenery and deer of Richmond Park. We're a 10 minute walk from Mortlake Station which can take you to Waterloo in 20 minutes.

The bedroom available is on the top floor of the house. It is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed with drawers underneath, a bedside table with lamp, a desk with desk chair, full length mirror and a chest of drawers. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person on the same floor, which has 2 bathroom mirror cabinets, a bath and shower, towel radiator, sink and toilet.

Rest of the house: The top floor has a big built-in cupboard for extra storage on the landing. The middle floor has an airing cupboard you are welcome to use. The bottom floor has a gorgeous living room, dining room, toilet, kitchen, conservatory with French doors leading to the patio and garden. The garden is large and green with the separate out house with a utility room. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, cupboard, shelves and also an extra fridge freezer. The kitchen has its own fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hobs, kettle, all utensils, pots, pans etc. It is fully equipped with everything you need and there is plenty of cupboards for your things too!
