It's a five minute walk away from both Barnes Bridge and Mortlake, surrounded by a stunning area with great parks, cafes and small businesses nearby.

There's indcredibly easy access to Hammersmith and Richmond, with Waterloo, Vauxhall and Clapham Junction a short trains journey away. There's also a bus stop directly outside the house with a night bus to central (which is handy on a night out!)

Bill are not included, and come to an additional £150 per month give or take a few quid (got to love that council tax)

The room is furnished however a few bits have been left behind from previous tenants so can be swapped out by your own discretion.

5-weeks rents worth of deposit is required (approx £880)

As for the flat, we are three friendly, like minded working professionals who value our home and a warm atmosphere to come back to every day.

I am a graphic designer with a flexible WFH schedule out of Notting Hill, Rob is a violin tutor for a variety of clientele and is in and out all day (when he's not conducting his orchestra!) and Kushal works in tech out of Hammersmith where he commutes daily.

We are by no means a party house (important to flag that this is a very residential area, so loud late nights in the flat on a Tuesday aren't really an option), but we are a social bunch who love a drink and a catch-up when we can.

We aim for the next person coming in to match this energy, and for them to treat the property with respect and as a proper home -- not a 'temporary rental' if that makes sense.
