Living with x4 other men- all employed, friendly established household.

Ideal for quiet masters student or busy professional. All rooms modestly furnished.

Comfortable and easy-going household, all busy and working. Peaceful and restful flat. We're looking for a quiet, house-trained and employed person. All of us work long hours: law/IT/horticulture etc. We are not a party house (anymore ;))

Communal spaces are Kitchen + upper kitchenette, x2 bathrooms (showers), sunroom and balcony. Unlimited Wifi. Double-glazed windows.

Amazing location: local high street 2 mins walk away (Tesco, Waitrose, shops, etc.) with cornershop next to us open late. Bus stop outside (33, 337, 493) in both directions. Mortlake Station 10 mins walk away for trains direct to Waterloo within 25 mins. Richmond Park and the Thames 15 mins away on foot in either direction. Richmond walkable, Roehampton, Putney, Wandsworth and Clapham all easy by bus.

Rent: £550 double room + bills currently £160pm each for unlimited fibre wifi, water, gas, electric (this includes private cleaner once a week who hoovers and cleans bathrooms and kitchens/communal spaces).

OCD level cleanliness won't be welcome- our flat is modest, homely and lived-in. We are looking for a quiet, sorted male.

Normal, easy-going, quiet blokes looking for same.
