Spacious ensuite double bedroom available in the Olympic Village. The room comes with a comfy double bed, built in wardrobe, slim chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Underfloor heating throughout the flat.

The kitchen has ample cupboard space with a built-in fridge /freezer/dishwasher and there is a washer dryer in a separate cupboard in the hallway.

The communal space is large, has two sofas and a 6 seater dining table. There’s also a large balcony with views over the communal gardens.

It’s under a 5-minute walk to Stratford International station, Sainsburys local, bars, restaurants and the gym, and 10 minutes to Stratford which will get you almost anywhere you need to go. You’ll also have the Olympic Park and all the facilities on your doorstep - and Westfield as well!

The management company will carry out checks before you move in (these take about 3 weeks) - and as a result, there is no deposit to pay which is pretty rare! Broadband is included in the rent, bills are fairly standard and we have a cleaner once a week - totalling about £180 each/month.

My amazing flatmate needs to move out for work and so I am looking for someone to replace her – we are flexible with move in/out dates.

I am a 35 year old emergency department doctor, clean, tidy, friendly and social. I tend to like to relax after a long day (or night), be that at home, out for a meal, have friends over for a movie or board games. I am vegetarian but my last housemate isn't and it isn't a requirement. On days off I usually head out to the theatre, cinema, socialising in town or visiting my family. Would be looking for a similar vibe.
