Flatmate wanted for a 4 bed new build home in E20 to move in 1 Sept 2020. It's a great home, with a shared kitchen, dining room and w/c on the ground floor, and a very large living room on the first floor. There is also an outdoor terrace area for barbecues and summer sun. The house was newly built in 2017 and we've been the first to have the pleasure of living here.

You'll be metres from the velodrome, the restaurants and bars of East Village and convenience of Stratford Westfield. Acres of green space are on your doorstep, with the Hackney Wick's cycle paths and canals also around the corner.

There is a vacancy for someone to take over my double room with separate adjacent bathroom for £775 a month plus bills. Bills are approximately £75 per month. The room is a double with plenty of light, with a large adjacent bathroom. The house has a washer dryer, large tv for movies, sports and Netflix, full Sky tv package, a dining table which seats 8 and a roof terrace. It features high speed internet and modern multi zone heating. We also have a professional cleaner in regularly, to dust, mop, vacuum and tidy both communal floors and bathrooms.

The contract will run from August 1st 2019 through to 2020.

My flatmates are 3 great guys, all working professionals. They're looking for a working professional (male or female). You'll fit right in if you like good food, socialising, sports, exercise and a positive energy at home. They've always been keen to make the most of London's food scene and try new recipes at home, as well as socialising with drinks or exploring the city. They're all incredibly active, playing sports ranging from tennis to rugby and keeping fit through exercise. One of my favourite things about living here has been the continuous positive energy. We've all motivated each other and it's been lovely coming home to warmth and laughter! We've been friends for years and I'm only moving to live with my partner. We've enjoyed holidays all over the world, great nights out, countless stories and made wonderful memories, turning a house in to a home. The opportunity to have a comfortable room with friendly, clean flatmates in a new build house awaits.
