We're Julie, James and Vincent. Our other flat mate is moving out so we're looking for someone to replace him around 14th of August (this move-in date is flexible). It's a double bedroom located on the 6th floor of a modern and spacious 3-bedroom flat in East Village, Stratford. The price is around £880pm with free 1GBps fibre broadband but excludes electricity and water bills as well as council tax.

The flat is fully furnished - your room includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, a bedside table and a tall set of drawers. The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room with a large balcony which is great for the summer! There is a large bathroom with a shower and bath shared between you and Vincent.

About us:

We like to keep the house fairly clean so we're looking for a housemate that's similar to us.
