2 modern rooms in East Village/Stratford

Hello!

I am looking for two people to rent a new 3-bedroom flat in East Village (just next to Olympic Park – Stratford) from 2nd of September. I already live in the area but my current contract is expiring and the other flatmates are leaving, so I need a new place. I am interested in renting the master bedroom with en-suite.

If I sign a new contract in a different flat, the whole flat gets first 2-weeks rent free as my company has a partnership deal with GLL - that's a chance to save £400 pp! There are a few 3-bedrooms available in the area, but you can come for a viewing to my current flat just to get a feeling of how the flat looks and see if we get along.

We would sign a 3-year contract, but you can leave at any time if you find a replacement – there are no agency fees and no deposit! To be eligible to rent here you need to be earning at least £26,190 per year and be able to prove this.

I have absolutely loved living here so far, it is modern, clean, quiet and the area is safe. You are also very well connected – Stratford has multiple underground and train lines, as well as buses to Stansted in 40 mins.

Rent for the room would be £880-900 + bills of approx £70-80 per month dependent upon heating usage.
