Fully furnished spare bedroom in East Village, with amazing transport links, a stones’ throw away from Westfield Shopping centre. The flat itself is kitted out with high speed broadband (1gbps and no download limit), Sky and all the necessary utensils required to make a house a home. The living room and kitchen are open plan and is well equipped. The hobs are induction, and there is ample storage for food / cutlery.

The local area is littered with bars, restaurants and local food shops to make shopping very convenient and quick, along with a very high quality butcher and cheesemonger (approx 75m from the front door) With Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Marks and Spencer’s just around the corner.

The room is going to be available from the end of the first / second week of August, with a double bed, a large double cupboard (floor to ceiling), with a bathroom that will be shared with my current flat mate (Stina). The room itself is actually longer than what is shown in the picture.

Bills are not included, but for further info on the breakdown on month to month outgoings for utilities etc, please message and I will let you know.

Myself and my current flat mate, who has been with us for three and a half years, would look for a full time working individual who is fun, outgoing and stable. With regards to “term” I would be looking at a minimum of 12 months, but obviously, I would like to provide flexibility to those who need it, and as such would be negotiable upon concrete interest.
