Hiya, I am Bowie. I am moving out of this bright double room and am looking for someone to take the room. The room will be available from 20th Aug. Please note that this room only available for a short term contract of 1 month till 19 Sep. (Or less than 1 month, could be 1 or 2 weeks)

ONLY 1 Double Bedroom with En-Suite and CLOAKROOM on the 3rd Floor Available. The rent is £258/pw (£1118/pm), and the deposit is £258. All bills included.

En-Suite:
This is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower but NO BATHTUB equipped, you are free to use the bathtub on the 2nd floor.

Attended Cloakroom:
There is NO WARDROBE equipped but an attended cloakroom where you can hang all your outerwear and store all your belongings.

Garage:
You are free to use the garage on the ground floor.
