Double room available in East Village

I have a double room available to rent. I'm looking for a flatmate on a fairly flexible basis.

The Flat:

The flat is within the popular East Village development in Stratford. It's a modern 2 bedroom flat with one bathroom, open plan living area, and balcony. Rent includes all bills including superfast Hyperoptic broadband, TV with Netflix.

The Room:

The room comes furnished and has a double bed and mattress, bedside chest and large chest of drawers.

The Area:

Living in East Village is super convenient as it has pretty much everything you need - it's only a stones throw from Westfield Stratford City, and being in the Olympic park has all the sports facilities you could think of including plenty of gyms, the Aquatics centre and Velodrome. Hackney Wick is about a 15 minute walk which offers some great options for drinks and more of a social vibe.

In terms of transport, the flat is within a few minutes walk of Stratford International station, providing a 7 minute link to St Pancras, and Stratford Intl DLR. Stratford Underground station (zone 2/3) is around a 10 minute walk for the Central and Jubilee lines as well as the overground.

Current flatmate:

You'd be sharing the flat with me: I'm a 26 yr old professional working mostly all over the country, but also sometimes work from home. In the evenings during the week I'll usually be at the gym, and at the weekend like to meet with friends. I'd prefer to share the flat with someone of a similar age who's fun and sociable.
