Two minutes walk from Stratford International DLR/High Speed and 5 minutes walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, the Olympic Park, and Stratford Mainline Station which has National Rail, TfL Rail, Jubilee Line, Central Line and London Overground. Ten minutes walk from the vibrant Hackney Wick with bars and eateries as well.

Very pleasant neighbourhood, all flats are modern, ex Olympic Village and general locals are young professionals/sporty professionals. Very well kept area with good tenancy company Get Living London. No deposit.

Hyper optic wi fi is included, council tax is approximately £34 each a month, water is approximately £70 each per half year and electricity is approximately £50 each per quarter. There is no gas.
