Double en-suite room in Stratford East Village

I’m looking to find someone to take over my room in a lovely shared house in Stratford’s East Village neighbourhood. The room has a lot of storage space and is very well insulated/heated, and has an en-suite bathroom.

The room is part of a lovely three bed modern terrace house with a separate kitchen and living rooms and a terrace area at the back of the house (it feels really spacious). The kitchen is well equipped with a good oven and Bosch induction hob.

The house is well situated in the East Village development in Stratford, close to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an artisan Italian butcher, two great bakeries, a shop selling amazing fresh fruit and veg, a great gelateria, and a number of supermarkets (plus Westfield for all of your other shopping needs). The Olympic Park is a five minute walk away and so there is no shortage of green space. Lively Hackney Wick can be reached within 10-15 minutes.

Stratford has great transport connections on a number of tube lines (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, TFL Rail (Crossrail in due course), a number of mainline train services into Liverpool Street and a high speed train connection that gets you to Kings Cross in 6 minutes.

The property is owned and managed by Get Living London who are very helpful and responsive and have an office around the corner (no more dealing with absentee landlords and useless letting agents who don’t care about you). They are quick to respond to problems and often get things fixed the same day.

The two other people living in the house (Charlotte and Luciana) are both really friendly and fun to hang out with, especially if you’re into running and talking about policitcs/how to save the planet (Charlotte), or Badminton and Italian food (Luciana)
