Unfortunately I am leaving London and my beautiful room. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 12-storey block and is large, clean and airy. The balcony offers beautiful views of the East Village, and the City (during the day you can even see the London Eye and St Paul´s). You will be sharing with a couple and a guy who are all tidy, respectful and very nice.
The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, drawers, mirrors and a hanger for coats or towels. The bathroom has a bath and you would only be sharing it with one person.
Stratford Station is less than 10 minutes away and Stratford International is 5 minutes away. The place could not be better connected and it has a wide variety of bars and restaurants around, as well as a gym around the corner and Westfield.
Rent is 920 a month (bills included) and there is no need for a deposit thanks to the Get Living scheme. I’ve set the move-in date for December but it could be earlier.
