The building is located in East Village – just a 5-minute walk to Stratford International, and another five-minute walk to Stratford tube station.

The apartment itself (Sable House) is a new build from London 2012, so the place is fully furnished, and nice and clean (we have a cleaner every 2 weeks).

The living area is open-planned with a nice kitchen area, a balcony and four bedrooms.

The shared communal areas of the apartment are fully furnished with all household essentials and also equipped with pool table and Sky/BT TV.

The room has a double bed with a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. You will share a modern bathroom with one other flatmate.

The three guys are great fun– really sociable, easy to get along with, enjoying going out, watching the football... and of course playing pool!

Ideally, I’d like the new tenant to move in 27th October, but there is some flexibility.

The current rent dates are paid on the 5th of every month and broadband is included in the rental price above.

There’s no deposit needed for the room!!
