The property

The room is located in the first floor, contains a double bed, built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables and floor to ceiling windows /doors that could be fully open during the summer months. The whole ground floor level is to be shared, including a huge living-dining, storage rooms and a lovely garden – the perfect place to have a glass of wine and make barbecues during summer time!

The kitchen is fully fitted with brand new appliances; microwave, steam oven, wine cooler, dishwasher (no need to do the washing up!), cupboards, fridge-freezer and ample storage for food. The house has an allocated car space available.

The area
The house is a located within the Olympic park (Stratford) with plenty of green spaces at your doorstep and top-notch sport and leisure venues . A very peaceful place to live, just five-minute walk distance from a variety of local retailers, including gym, shops, restaurants and bars. The area is conveniently served by several transport links; DLR, National rail services (just a seven-minute journey to St Pancras international), London overground and two TFL lines with overnight service; Jubilee and Central line. Canary Wharf, Shoreditch and Liverpool street are just 25 minutes away and Central London around 30 minutes.

The flatmates
We are two brothers, Carlos, and me – Ismael, both on their 30’s. We were born in Venezuela with Portuguese roots. We are friendly, kind, warm and easy-going people who value privacy, tidiness and cleanliness – not to levels of OCB- . We are looking ideally for a couple (though, the room is available for single occupation as well) that would like to spend some live time together in relaxed environment but with respect to independency and privacy.
