Double en suite room in modern 3 bedroom flat

One of our house-mates is moving out, but we love the flat and the area in general, so are reluctant to leave and would much rather find someone new to move in.

You'll be living with 2 other people who are both mid 20's working professionals. We're very friendly but all have careers to focus on during the week so it definitely isn't a party flat, but like most people we all like to have a beer over the weekend and hang out. We're quite an active bunch...all go to the gym, enjoy going to gigs, and generally try to make the most of living in a city as cool as London.

We're looking for someone fun, friendly and sociable who can contribute to the flat in a positive way. We like to try and get together for a flat night in/out once every week or 2, and also have a good Sunday roast, so someone who is happy to get involved would be cool. Clean and tidy would be a bonus!

The flat itself is an open plan living kitchen-lounge area, with a fully furnished double room. It has all the amenities you could need...washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. Because the flat is almost brand new it has underfloor heating, triple glazing, brand new granite worktop kitchen.

The room is an en-suite with a double wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a big chest of draws, as well as a double bed of course. It's on the 8th floor so nice and quiet, with great views of the Olympic Stadium. See the pics for more details.

The area is great and one of the main reasons we want to stay. Its in the Olympic park with plenty of greenery around. It's also right next to Hackney Wick which has plenty of cool bars on the canals, which are a flat favourite for lazy sunday sessions!

Transport wise it's a2 minute walk to Stratford International station (Zone 2) and only a 5-10 min walk to Stratford station so ideal for commuting.
