My housemates are looking for a friendly new flatmate to replace me ASAP in our bright and spacious flat in Raywood Mansions (East Village). Preferably below 35 but they are flexible. They are both lovely working professionals, male and aged 25 – 30.

What’s great about this flat is that it is walking distance to Stratford International and Stratford Station so not only good for commuting but shopping too, being next door to Westfields Shopping Centre.

The area is genuinely serene. The flat and winter garden overlook the adjoining park and it is a short distance from the Olympic park. Amenities are close by (shop, pub, takeaways, restaurants, and the Olympic swimming pool). The house is furnished to a high standard and comes with a washer/dryer, microwave and oven, fridge/freezer and bedroom furniture. The large bathroom is shared between two. There is also a large covered balcony overlooking the whole of East Village and the winter garden.
They are looking for relaxed flatmates, people who are considerate, sociable and outgoing. Ideally young professionals.

The reason I am moving out is a positive one, I am moving in with my girlfriend also in East Village because we love the location so much and the Landlords (GetLiving) are amazing.
There is no security deposit and as mentioned, the flat is managed by GetLiving London who are a reliable agency. You must meet the minimum income threshold, which is £23,500 (non-negotiable). You must provide proof via payslips or if a student, you must have a parental guarantor.
Rent is £769 pcm with bills being around £50. For example, including energy, fast speed Wi-Fi
and council tax.
