Large Ensuite Double Room

After one year of living in this great flat I am moving across the road so that I can live with my sister.

The flat is very well located, within minutes walk from Stratford International, DLR or Stratford station (Central & Jubilee lines). Outside the Covid-19 era this is a huge plus. During Covid-19 the proximity of the Olympic Park (2 minutes away), as well as our lovely balcony have probably made a bigger difference in our lives.
The area is lovely, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Also, several gyms (i. e. Gymbox, BetterGym) are available within minutes.


The building has parking space available at an additional cost.
Only the internet is included in the rent, the other bills come separately.
The East Village area was developed in 2012 to serve as a residence for the Olympic athletes. It was converted in a residential area afterwards, so everything is new and modern.
The flat, as well as the room, are fully equipped, very spacious and have plenty of storage space. Also, as per the title the room has its own bathroom.

The other flatmate is an office manager and a hard core fitness practicioner, even during these times. We enjoy our cheese and wine nights/days, as well as our occasional Netflix sessions. She's always up for a good chat, but also understands the need of personal time/space. She usually works from the city centre, but working from home these days, as most of us.
