Double room available in lovely East Village flat

Double room available from 29th June in East Village townhouse.

The room:
The room is a great size, double bed, chest of drawers x2, bedside table, triple wardrobe (also a storage cupboard outside the room). Faces onto the front of the house, very quiet road so never feels noisy. The bathroom is shared with only one other room and is directly across the hall.

The house:
Townhouse split over 3 floors, with 4 rooms (2 en suite and 2 sharing a bathroom). The middle floor is really spacious but cosy, with a dining room, open planned kitchen and living room which opens onto a small terrace with some garden furniture.

Bills are approx £75pm on top of rent and are managed by one housemate :). This includes energy, water, water heating charge, council tax, tv license and sky tv.

The flat is run by Get Living London which means there is no deposit required for the flat but you will need to be referenced including a credit check.

The housemates:
You'll be sharing with 3 females, 25-29. All work in the city. We have a great laugh in the house and I'm so sad to be leaving the girls. Not in each others pockets but always around for a catch up and a glass of wine (especially when the suns out)

The location:
I love the location so much that I'm not moving very far. 5 min walk to Stratford International and 10 mins to Stratford. Quick trains to Liverpool St and St Pancras, as well as being on the central and jubilee lines.

The village has built up over the last 2 years with lots of wee cafes, shops, couple of bars now. Olympic Park is at the end of the street and Victoria Park 10-15 mins walk (my fav for the Sunday food market, pubs for Sunday Roasts and beer gardens).

Also Westfield is right on the doorstep (which is dangerous but amazing at the same time)
