Looking for someone to replace me in a flat with 2 other flatmates.
2 minimum requirements are: being tidy and nice :)

- Flatmate #1 is a Japanese/Dutch software developer. Male, 26 years-old
- Flatmate #2 is an Italian female who works in the hospitality industry. 34 years-old
- Hobbies: we LOVE board games, having dinner , listening to music and cycling (Flatmate #1). We have 2 excellent cooks in the house so added benefit there!

About the room:
- Double Ensuite
- You can keep all of the furniture you see in the pictures if you want. What you have to keep because it belongs to the flat: the bed, the desk and the chair.

About the flat:

**2 bedrooms available to rent with 1 shared bathroom

- Bike storage room in the building
- Utilities, internet and council tax amount to 100/month/person (a bit more during winter)
- 3 bedrooms, of which 1 (ensuite) is vacant at the moment
- 2 bathrooms, being 1 ensuite. You will have your own bathroom
- Bedrooms have 1 common/shared balcony, which is not featured in the pictures
- Double glazing on the windows and floor heat.
- The flat is in front of the Olympic park and walking distance to Stratford station, where you also Westfield mall. Also 5min walk from Hackney Wick and the canals
- If you like sports this is perfect for you because it is possible to play almost anything in the facilities that once hosted the Olympic games (in addition to the amazing park)
- The neighbourhood (East Village) is new, clean and full of small/independent shops, coffee places, markets and restaurants
