Double room in spacious seventh floor apartment

After two and a half years, I'm moving out of my East Village home and need someone to take my room.

The flat:

The room is a good size furnished double bedroom, complete with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers. You also get sole use of the main bathroom, which is next door to the bedroom.

There's a shared open plan kitchen and living room area. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen which always comes in handy! There's also a washer dryer. You also get a balcony which benefits from getting amazing afternoon sun throughout the summer.

The whole of East Village has just had their locks changed to fobs so the whole building is extremely secure.

The area:

The flat is amazingly located - less than 10 mins to Stratford station / Westfield. The closest supermarkets are a Sainsbury's literally four minutes away, and then M&S / Waitrose in Westfield. There's a dentist one minute from the flat, and a doctors around the corner (never had issues getting appts too!). There's a gym too that's five mins away.

There are LOADS of amazing restaurants in East Village itself (Tina for brunch is a must), and you're ofc only a 10 minute walk to the Olympic Park. Further afield, Victoria Park is only 25 mins walking.

The flatmates

You'll be moving in with a quiet professional couple, who work as a welfare rights adviser and a web manager.

Moving in info:

Move in date is the 28th Aug, but I can be flexible on that if you need to move in sooner.
