We have a good sized double bedroom in our 3 bed flat overlooking the Olympic Park in Stratford - available from the middle of August.

- Rent: £875 PCM
- Bills: £90 PCM (estimate based on current expenses)
- Deposit: NO DEPOSIT - new tenant will have to pass Get Living's credit checks/reference checks.
- Available for an initial 6 months with a review just before to agree if continuing is in the best interest of all flatmates.

The space:
The property is a spacious 3 bed flat in East Village which has a large open kitchen/dining area/living area, as well as large winter garden balcony overlooking the Olympic Park. The room available is a good sized double room (furnished) that will have joint use of the main bathroom with one of the other flatmates. The properties are all done to a high standard and also have communal gardens. Parking is available through secure underground parking (payment required monthly to Get Living) as well as bike storage.

The area:

East Village was built for the 2012 London Olympics. It boasts a large number of modern properties, independent bars/cafes/restaurants and great connections to central London.

As well as having the benefit of the Olympic Park on your doorstep, Westfield shopping centre is less than a 10 minute walk away and Hackney Wick is only a 5 minute walk away from the flat. There are several local gyms and also the Olympic Park sport facilities.

Transport:
Stratford International DLR - 5 mins
Stratford International - 5 mins
Stratford Tube - 10 mins

The DLR can be used to connect to Stratford tube station. So if you time it right you can be on the Central line within 10 minutes of leaving on foot.

The flatmates:

Yan (27/Male) and Josh (26/Male).

We have been friends since University and have lived together for a total of 4 years (1 at University and the last 3 years in London). We both really enjoy sport (football/snowboarding/tennis/skiing/cycling). We also really enjoy travelling, trips to the pub, music festivals/events, nights out etc.

We're both working professionals who are currently working from home due to Covid-19. Normally we'd be either at the office or on business trips during the week. We're looking for a flatmate who is respectful and one who can enable us to properly work from home on weekdays (we both have mini office set ups in our rooms).

What we're looking for:
- Someone fun but also respectful
- Someone clean and tidy
- Shared interests would be an added bonus

Next steps:

Please get in touch if this is something that sounds a good fit for you. We can then arrange an initial viewing. We will then review and see if it's a good fit. After that we can introduce you to Get Living who can arrange for credit checks and references.

Our plan currently is to stay in the flat until August 2021. To protect ourselves, we thought it would be good to get someone in for 6 months and then if we all get on and like each other, we can extend this by another 6.
