This a three bedroom flat in trendy East Village London, part of the development built for the 2012 Olympics. The building we are in was specifically built for the French Olympians.
We are right next to Olympic Park and the nearby canals, great for running and cycling. The city is only 8 minutes away by train with further transport links leaving from Stratford Station (underground, overground, rail and DLR).
We’re looking for a laid back and tidy housemate to join us and take the large en suite room.
The room has plenty of storage space and large floor to ceiling wardrobes, as well as a en suite shower and restroom.
At the moment there are two of us, both young professionals - with one working in consulting and another in environmental research.
All are welcome to apply, including couples - but we would ask for couples to take a slightly higher rate of rent (£1060 per calendar month, £960 for singles).
Bills are around £80 per month, fibre optic broadband is included.
We’re relatively flexible with move in date - with a deadline of 3rd September at the latest.
When getting in touch please let us know more about you and what you’re looking for, and we’ll organise a video call and potential visit.
Thanks,
Jay
