We have a double ensuite room available in our lovely East Village townhouse, as my house mate is unfortunately moving in with her boyfriend.

THE HOUSE
The house includes an open plan lounge/kitchen area and a dining area. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and plenty of storage. The house also has a large private terrace area that leads to a maintained courtyard, which is really nice especially during the summer.

THE ROOM
£870 a month
The room is a large en-suite room on the ground floor. It is the second largest room in the house and includes a bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

THE HOUSE MATES
You’d be living with 3 other house mates. Jess, Josie and Lucy are 25 and working in central London. We're looking for a friendly, tidy, sociable person to move in!

THE AREA
The house is in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk from Westfield and Stratford underground, and 5 minute walk from Stratford International station.
There’s also a gym, local sainsburys and a variety or bars, restaurants and cafes in the area. The house is a short walk to Hackney Wick and the Olympic Park.
From Stratford station, you have access to Central & Jubilee Lines, DLR and Overground.

BILLS
As the house is with GetLiving, there is no deposit required.
Bills come to approximately £70 a month. (Council tax, energy, gas and water)
