The aim is for our wonderful space to feel safe, sociable and comfortable for everyone :) We regularly have dinners and movie nights (and it would be fab for you to join the fam). We’re looking for a female between the ages of 30-38 and would also prefer them to not work from home full-time.

There’s underfloor heating you can adjust to your liking and huge floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of Victory Park and sunrise 🌅 The clean en-suite bathroom comes with lots of additional storage space (hidden behind mirror cabinet).
£1150 per month, includes rent & WiFi

The flat:
Open plan space with living room, dining area, kitchen and a huge winter garden/balcony (awesome for chilling all year round). The flat is spacious and comes with all the amenities you would need (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, underfloor heating, blackout curtains, plenty of storage space etc.)
We’ve kept the flat in great condition by always keeping it nice and clean, so would expect the same upkeep from whoever moves in 🧼
We also have access to a beautiful private garden/courtyard.

Current flatmates:
Rahima - Londoner with green fingers working in DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion) in the tech space. Outgoing, loves running, exhibitions, and gigs etc. as well as cooking and chilling at home with good peoples who bring good vibes.

Amena - a creative technologist and sculpture artist from New York. Interests include travelling, reading, gym, yoga, dancing, wine, history, coffee, psychology, healthy living, sustainability, creative, arts and crafts, mindfulness, pottery.
