Double room w/ access to balcony in friendly flat

Hey, we are looking for a flatmate to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in East Village, 5 minutes from Stratford station.

The room available is a double with access to the balcony, with furniture included. There is also space for a desk for anyone who is working from home.

We are two working professionals who work mostly from home. We like chilling out together watching movies and shit tv, and occasionally cooking together. We love a good night out with our friends, going for drinks and meals out.

We’re super friendly and sociable but we’re also respectful of each-others space and privacy, and can appreciate some alone time too.

We’re looking for someone likeminded who’s up for joining us in all of the above if they’d like to!

We're looking for a tidy, sociable flatmate who likes to have a laugh but is also respectful of other's space.

Contract date is 12th October but this could also be a few weeks earlier depending on our flatmate who is moving out.
