Room in East Village, Bills Included

Hey, we are three housemates who live in a beautiful and spacious home. Our flatmate is moving back to Hong Kong. The house stretches across three floors, and your bedroom will be on the top floor sharing bathrooms with only one other person. Your room comes fully furnished with a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers and of course a queen sized bed with a new unused mattress.

There is a large communal area where we like to hang out and have dinners. it's filled with plants, which we sometimes have a hard time looking after. We also have a fully fitted kitchen that comes with a wide range of utilities.

We are blessed with lots of storage, this includes an onsite bike storage.

We also have a working station where we like to do work, read or game in case you need your own space in the communal area. Or just wanna have your morning coffee.

As for us, we like the occasional meal together and watch movies. Massive fan of board games so if you have any to add to our collection we can bump you up the list.

Bills and Internet is included in the price there is just 30 for the cleaner who comes bimonthly. There is ZERO deposit for this room, all is arranged with get living London.

Transport:
Seven minute walk from the well connected Stratford Station and five minute walk from Stratford international which will get you to Kings Cross in less than ten minutes and to city airport in less than twenty.
There is opportunity for a parking space in the under space next to us if you wish to have that arranged.

Local Amenities:
We have the massive Westfield minutes away from our door and the all that the Olympic Park has to offer. There is a gym and a local Sainsburys three minutes walk away. East Village has loads of small cafes that we like to visit frequently, we are happy to share our recommendations. Hackney Canals are a fifteen minute walk away as well.

A little about us:
We enjoy good banter, dinner parties and board games, we have a couple of yoga bunnies and occasionally break into dance and song. We would love if you could bring something new and fresh to the household.
