🛌 I am looking for someone to take over my spacious, clean and modern double bedroom. set in the heart of the ever popular East Village, Stratford. The room is on the third floor of a townhouse, facing out onto a leafy patio garden. The room is fully-furnished with double wardrobe, a double bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The bathroom consists of a shower/bath and also offers large inbuilt mirror storage as well as under sink storage.

🏡 🪴 This is a three floor townhouse - modern, bright and spacious. The house offers under floor heating, free internet, dishwasher, washing machine and all appliances such as a kettle and toaster. The second floor consists of an open plan kitchen, living area and dining space. There is a private courtyard backing onto a large communal space shared with local PT’s for easy work out sessions in your backyard!

🙋🏼‍♂️🥂 You will be sharing with three others: 1 male, 2 females. This is a friendly and open house. We enjoy a socialise and the occasional drinks or pub quiz, but equally we all have our own lives and independence! Therefore, ‘somebody who can do both’ is going to enjoy our home! There is also a house WhatsApp where we love to share a good GIF, plan drinks, and help one another if needed.

🚆 🚅 The main station is a twenty minute walk door to door. Here you can have access to a multitude of train lines: the Jubilee, Central, DLR, Overground, HS1, National Rail and the Great Eastern Mainline. You can commute direct to Liverpool Street in under 10 minutes. There is also a direct coach service to Stansted Airport in just over an hour! If you have car, there is underground parking available at £60 per month.

🍻☕️ The village has a great sense of community. There are regular sports events in the village, as well as free exercise and yoga classes run by the Olympic Parks. Under a minute walk from the flat, and you can reach two of the village’s most popular cafes and bakeries, as well as a bar, craft beer taproom and restaurants. Walk just three minutes to your closest gym and Sainsburys, and just four minutes to the HS1, DLR and of course Stratford’s main shopping centre, Westfield. The Olympic village is essentially on your doorstep, with communal bbq’s, wildlife areas and great running routes. I also strongly recommend walking through the park to Hackney Wick for the best craft beer rooms, riverside bars, brunch spots and food courts. You can also reach Victoria Park in just twenty minutes.
