En-Suite in East Village at discounted rate!

Discounted 4 bedroom townhouse available in east village as I am a keyworker! We’re looking for a clean (we are self-confessed clean freaks 😅), friendly, and relaxed female flatmate to come join us. You’ll have access to the shared living space, dining room, garden, and courtyard. The 3 of us have met on SpareRoom so looking for one other to take the remaining room in this place.

Bills in east village come to about £100 per person and we would also get a cleaner for about £20 each per month (TBC). WiFi is included with the price of the room. The room has a double bed, large double cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside table.

We would like to live with someone who is happy doing things together like cooking meals or baking or chilling but also do our own thing. Having friends over too.

Also, to qualify for the discount you need to be on an average income salary of 18k per year (no less and not much more). The reservation fee would have to be put down by friday and will go quickly so looking for anyone serious about the room! This means we’re looking for someone who would be willing to put down the reservation after seeing a video of the place as viewings this soon aren’t guaranteed!

Location: 2 minute walk from Sainsbury’s, 4 minute walk from Westfield, 8 minute walk to Stratford underground station, 10 minute walk to Olympic park.
