Hello, Aly and Adam here! We're a couple looking for a new flatmate to join us in this two bed flat as our current flatmate unfortunately is moving out. The Flat is available around mid to the end of January but there is some wiggle room.

Aly is the Head of Drama at a college and an actor (30) and Adam is a Clinical Trial Monitor (30) This is an LGBT+ inclusive flat , very chilled and clean. We're always up for a chat but also enjoy and respect privacy, The flat is a welcoming social space as we do sometimes like to have dinner guests over. We're looking for someone like minded and whose social. They don't have to be another LGBT housemate but it is preferred

The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and blackout curtains and your own personal washroom across the hall.

The flat is on the 21st floor with a loverly view of London. We have a 24 hour concierge. It is a new open planned building with tons of light, furnished with sofas, dining table, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. The building also has a lovely art room and potting room which is continuously stocked with paints and art supplies.

The buildings name is Laurel Point. You have access to all the roof top gardens and bike storage. In front of the building you a bunch of restaurants and bars such as Mother Kellys and the great LGBT inclusive bar Tina We Salute You.

The flat is very well connected: 5-minute walk to the DLR or Stratford International Station with the high-speed rail, and 10-minute walk to Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, National Rail, etc.). Great access to the Stanstead Airport and a quick 7 min train ride to Kings Cross St Pancreas from Stratford International.

The flat is across a Sainsbury's local and Waitrose.
The rent is £1175, Internet is included and bills are between 120-150. No deposit is required and no agency fees, but they ask for references.
