I am leaving & you will be living with Cabrini & Rachel (24/25) and a kitten, Boba (part time).

Rent is £600 + bills (around £80 a month). Internet is included in the rent. Rent is also discounted so this place is a huge bargain for the area!

There are 8/9 months of the tenancy left, so the contact ends in June 2022. Move in date is flexible, around mid/end of Oct.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for a small desk. There is also a lovely wide window with great views of the city.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living space, a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Rachel.

The area is distance to Hackney Wick, has amazing transport links, and is about 20 mins into Liverpool Street. We are a very short 2 min walk to Westfield! There are regular local East Village events, plenty of bars, restaurants, Sainsbury’s on your doorstep.
