Hello there, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely two bedroom apartment as I am moving in with a friend.

A little bit about who you will be living with - Tom is 26, into sports and currently works from home. He's always up for a chat but equally respects your privacy.

The room is an en-suite and comes furnished with a king-size bed, mattress, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large built in wardrobe and blackout curtains.

The flat is on the 5th floor and the apartment is furnished with sofas, dining table, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.

The buildings name is Calla House and you have access to bike storage. On your doorstep you have a range of bars and a gorgeous little bakery - the banana bread is devine!

The flat is very well connected: 2 minute walk to the DLR or Stratford International Station with the high-speed rail, and 10-minute walk to Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, National Rail, etc.).

The rent is £882 per month. Internet is included and bills are around 160-200 each per month. No deposit is required and no agency fees, but they ask for references.
