My flatmate is moving out on the 9th of January and I’m looking to replace him on the contract.
The contract will be a year-long contract.
The flat is beautiful. Brand new furnishings and a huge lounge/kitchen area. The area is the beautiful east village area full of professionals. The flat is 8 mins from Stratford station (central, jubilee line) which can get you to central London in 10 minutes.
About me: I’m a start-up founder who loves to go out for walks, hikes and socialising with flatmates. Ideally, my new flatmate will be my friend and we can hang out / do stuff together!
About you: You are a like-minded professional who’s looking for a home and not just a place to crash. You prefer being friends with your flatmate and would prefer to go out and socialise together!
