Huge double en-suite bedroom with winter garden

Hey there, this is Alex! One of our flat mates is leaving so me and Joe (the other tenant in our 3 bed flat) are looking to find someone new. The room is very spacious with bright light and part of one of the biggest flat layouts in east village. It has its own bathroom and shower and is fully furnished.

We're going into a new contract with East Village which is extremely good price - a real deal in the current market. We're looking for someone who needs more than just a room to bury themselves in and we appreciate if you'd join in drinking a beer with us or watching a movie from time to time. Obviously we're also mindful of everyone's space and time. Me and Joe work full time and I am fully remote so will be home a lot, but work from my room.

We have a fully furnished flat with fresh couches and coffee tables, dining table & chairs in the living room and a fully furnished kitchen. Broadband is from HyperOptic with the biggest 1gbps connection available via wifi & cable. There is also a winter garden where you can chill out and have a breath of fresh air, or store your bike and exercise.

The room is available from 21 Sept but we are looking for someone determined to grab this opportunity quickly in order to have time to pass Get Living's checks. Get Living as a landlord are great once you get over the initial phase and they repair and refurbish everything immediately if you have any sort of issue. There is also 0 deposit which is a huge bonus!

Bills are not included, but they come at around 100-150£ a month.
