Spacious double room in East Village

About the flat

We have a spare double room room in a 3 bedroom apartment that we rent out with Get Living. The room comes fully furnished and is big enough to fit in a desk if you are working from home. The flat has a spacious cosy living room and a huge winter garden that faces Victory Park.

About the area

Sainsbury’s is just across the street and you can be in Westfield Stratford in just 5 minutes. There are lots of local independent cafes, bars and restaurants offering delicious food. NHS Health Centre is a 5 minute walk from us. The closest stations are Stratford International (3 min walk) and Stratford Station (14 minute walk). You can be in Central London in under 30 minutes. Lots of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, too - there is an outdoor gym just outside our building and many green spaces ideal for summer picnics.

We absolutely love living in the area! East Village is a very safe, quiet and friendly neighbourhood next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with its own of parks and wetlands.

About us

We are friendly, outgoing and respectful flatmates. We are both working professionals. In our spare time we often go running, cycling and attend fitness classes. On some evenings we like to treat ourselves with a nice meal from one of the local restaurants and watch a movie or chat and have a few drinks.

Move in date - is flexible but preferably April 2024.
Earliest move in date is 1 April 2024

Bills - Wifi is included but other bills are around £150.

No agency fees as the flat is offered by GetLiving, but they ask that you pass through their referencing check.

We would look to do viewings on the weekends.
