2BHK Flat: Looking for a flatmate

1. 2BHK flat: 1 en-suite and 1 another bedroom with separate bathroom, carpet flooring in rooms.
2. Spacious room with ventilation - windows, 2 bed side cupboards, 1 main almirah/ cubboard, cozy bed with head rest, central and separate room heating to keep the rooms warm during winters. It is a hassle free movement as the house is already set up including basic requirements like vacuum cleaner, water filter, cleaning equipments, clothes rack to dry clothes, iron, mixer, mop, broom, etc.
3. Shared areas of the room include 1 big hall with 2 big comfortable sofas, a round table, 1 dining round table with 4 chairs, 1 kitchen, 1 dishwasher, 1 fridge, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, lift access.
4. Transport links and getting around - Elizabeth Olympic Park, Westfield Mall, another park just down the building, Stratford railway station (Almost all train lines connectivity), Stratford International railway stations, bus stations at just 5 minutes walking distance.
Nearby stores include Nisa, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Lidl, etc at just 5-7 minutes walking distance.

5. We are 2 females (Indian) working in KPMG. It has been more than 1 year now in east village, London and almost 5 months now in this flat.
Our hobbies include travelling, planting, painting, gym, cleaning, music, etc. Both of us are extroverts and thus, very socialising in nature.
6. Council tax band - Band D.
7. Rent - GBP 1,173 per month excluding utility bills, water bill appx. GBP 15-20 per month per head, GBP, electricity bill GBP 15-20 per month per head, heating and boiling bill GBP 25 to 30 per month per head.

Important information: There is cladding work going on in the balcony and therefore, a discount of appx. 11% has been given by the agent Getliving on the total rent per month and so, the monthly rent is GBP 1,173 per month after the discount.

Also, I will be moving back to India on 20th May 2024 permanently, therefore, I am looking for a replacement in my place.

It’s a great flat with good economies and savings in utility bills and therefore, will be available on a reasonable price from 20.05.2024 onwards.
