The room is spacious and comes with a bed, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. You will have access to your own bathroom.
You will be sharing with a professional accountant who works in the city and he is 29 years old.
Rent is £1,210 ppm + bills (roughly £140 - £150 ppm).
Affordability Criteria: Get Living require any prospective tenant to earn at least £37,000 per annum AND have a credit score rating of good or excellent (i. e. a credit score of 881 or above on Experian). Unfortunately, this is a mandatory requirement so please ensure that you meet this requirement before messaging.
We are looking to fill the room asap so ideally would be looking for people who are keen and able to move quickly with paperwork as I would like to finalise the tenancy transfer before end of May. Anyone willing to move in between 1 - 30 May would be great but can be flexible with move in date.
