Sadly our housemate is moving out. He said he had a great time but he’s been offered another opportunity and he is to vacate the room by 1 May 2024.
The room available is a furnished and spacious double, with a lot of room for an office space if WFH. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other person (George). The bathroom, kitchen and living room are as seen on the pics and there is a 'winter garden' / large covered balcony which is all shared.
You would be sharing the flat with the aforementioned George and Harry who are both friendly and easy-going guys (not written by either). We both work in the office most of the week, with the odd day WFH, and are into football, music and the gym.
The bills currently work out roughly £150 per month (including council tax, water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi). So, all in, the rent & bills is currently £1,070p/m.
