A four bed townhouse in the Olympic village looking for a new girl to come and join our home.
Were two 32 year old girls and a 30 year old guy working across music, fashion and everything in between.
It’s very much a home & we enjoy a wine, music, cooking, the pub - but equally very respectful of space.
The room is a lovely top floor room and shares a bathroom with one other person. The house is set across three floors with the living and kitchen area & generously sized patio here too, great for outdoor cinema in the summer. Bills are not included in rent, we split them monthly and this is usually around £120pp pm for all bills depending on the time of year. There’s also parking for a car under the building for extra £££.
East village is a great area with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and parks nearby. Westfield is a less than 5min walk away, Sainsbury's is less than 1min walk, Stratford International is less than 5min walk with Stratford Station 10mins walk
