Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy of my room that I am currently living in Stratford One student accommodation in Stratford, London.
-This room comes equipped with a private bathroom, a large window providing the best views of London skyline, a double sized bed, mattress, chair, big study table, drawers, lots of storage, a wardrobe and a heater. This room is on the 14th floor of the building and I can guarantee it provides the best views of the surrounding areas.
-Kitchen is shared and it is very big in size. Has 8 hobs, 2 fridges, lots of cupboards, a giant window providing you with an amazing view, sofa to sit back and relax and have a good time with your flatmates.
-The flatmates are the loveliest people you can ever imagine and surely you will have a great time with them.
-Westfield shopping mall is right next door and it means you are never far away from buying groceries or your daily necessities.
-Stratford Underground Station is just 7-8 minutes walk away from the accommodation and you will find the Central Line, Jubilee line, Elizabeth Line, the DLR, London Overground etc.
-This student accommodation also provides 24/7 security, wifi, air-conditioned study rooms, a gym, cinema room, karaoke room, games room, laundry room, pool table and a large outdoor garden.
-The rent is £252 a week
-The tenancy period will be from 6th of May 2024 till 7th of September 2024 (negotiable).
