I am moving out of my double room in a 3 bedroom flat in the East Village (Coville Mansions).

The flat is on the 8th floor and is extremely bright and decorated lovely. There are three double rooms, a living room/kitchen area, bathroom and a winter garden (covered balcony).

The apartment building has a lift and parking at an additional cost.

The bedroom is a medium size (on the larger side) and comes furnished with 3 wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed and two bedside lockers. You will share the bathroom with one other flatmate.

The currently flatmates are two lovely Australians both 30 years old (1 male, 1 female) and they work as paramedics. They are super friendly and great craic.

The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob and microwave.

The rent is £1032.30 and bills come in at around £140 a month.

The apartment is a 3 minutes park to the Olympic Park and 10 minutes walk to Hackney Wick Station.
