I am looking for a clean and fun new flatmate to take over my tenancy from the 25th of May 2024 in this modern three-floor, three-bed house due to myself relocating.

This amazing and spacious new build is located a 7-minute walking distance from Stratford Underground station and the Stratford International station, and provides easy access to any supermarkets and shops as we are only 5 minutes away from the Westfield Shopping Centre.

This double room comes already furnished with a queen bed, two bedside cabinets, and a large wardrobe. Bathroom is shared with two other tenants.

Fully fitted kitchen and separate living room, with a bonus of a patio which can be used to enjoy a nice day in the sunshine. ☀️

You will be sharing the house with three professionals, aged between 25 and 43. One male working in hospitality management, and two females working in the corporate and financial environment.

Rent is £848.28 monthly plus bills which are approximately £80-£120 monthly, depending on the season.

The house is rented through Get Living, therefore, the future tenant will need to pass all the relevant references in line with the agency’s procedures.
