Large room ensuite in modern flat (2 month sublet)

I’m looking for someone to take my room for 2 months from May 6th to July 6th.

It’s a large double room on the ground floor with a private ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage. There’s a 2 door wardrobe, 4 drawer chest and 2 bedside tables. The mattress is memory foam and new. The bathroom has a large mirror and shower. I can leave you an adjustable standing desk and a 27” 4K monitor if you want a study/work area.

The flat is in a modern building with its own private entrance. There’s a private terrace, open plan kitchen, dinning room and living room. You’ll be sharing the flat with my 3 flatmates. It’s a quiet respectful flat, we’re all very chill and we don’t do parties at home - nor will you.

The building has a private communal garden. It’s located in East Village (the olympic park), a great place during summer with plenty of parks, sport facilities, restaurants and cafes.
