One bedroom available in 3-bed flat in East Village, Stratford, available on 26th June.
Me and my flatmate Zak are looking for a new flatmate to join us at the end of June in our 3-bed flat in East Village, Stratford. The room is £1,020 + bills (which come to around £150). The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large window, wardrobe, 2 x drawers and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with me. There is a modern washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher and a balcony.
Me and Zak are in our late 20’s/mid 30’s working in research and law. We are looking for somebody tidy, clean, down for hanging out/flat dinners but also considerate of our downtime during the week.
Get Living is our landlord and has been amazing at sorting out any maintenance issues quickly. They also said that the scaffolding will go down in August (they have been replacing the cladding). There is no deposit, but Get Living will do some credit checks which include having a minimum annual salary of £32,000 or having a UK guarantor earning at least £96,000.
We can hold viewings from 21st April. Please get in touch if you’re interested/have any questions, thank you for reading!
