Lovely Double Room in East Village

Hi There,

I will be moving out of this room in East Village on the 19th May.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, three sets of draws and chair. The flat is spacious and modern, with an open plan kitchen, fitted with a fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine leading into a lounge area with a dining table and balcony.

These spaces are shared with two males who are always very clean and tidy. They are both friendly young professionals who work Monday to Friday in the City.

The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.

The move in date is flexible after the 19th May but you would take over the rent from me which rolls over every month on the 19th. Currently the contract for the flat runs until 19th February 2025, but could be extended.

Bills are not included in the rent and are split between the 3 of us, usually coming to around £100/month. Please note that Get Living require new tenants to earn at least 30x the current monthly rent.
