Double bedroom in townhouse - East Village

We have one fully-furnished double bed rooms available in our three-storey townhouse based in East Village, Stratford. Available 28th May. Shares a bathroom with one other room. Bedroom is currently being used as an office but will have the double bed returned - see picture of previous set up. Generous south-west facing windows mean the rooms get lots of light throughout the day.

It's a modern place built just prior to the 2012 Olympics to house athletes throughout the event and then converted into use for residents.

HOUSEMATES
You will be living with 3 Males working professionals in mid 20's. Everyone is socialising and friendly. Generally busy with work during the week and are easy-going. The house is kept tidy and a regular cleaner is included within the bills. They are a fun and friendly household however do typically keep socialising for the weekend.

LIVING SPACE
The open plan living room/ kitchen area is very spacious with two large sofas and 50" tv. There is also an outdoor patio area which is great in the summer. There is hyperoptic broadband with WIFI routers on every floor meaning a super fast connection.

AREA
The area is extremely well connected to the City with Central Line, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, TFL Rail all available within a 10 minute walk.

The local neighbourhood is great including Sainsburys, Gym and local pub within a 5 minute walk. Westfield Shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk. Hackney Wick/ Victoria park are a 15-20 minute walk along the canal.
