It's literally a 30 second walk (you can see it from the balcony) to Olympic Park and about a 10 minute walk to both Hackney Wick and Stratford.

Westfield shopping centre is super close by, as well as all transport links!

There's two amazing boys who will stay living here, Leo and Brennan. They're 28 & 29 and both have full time jobs. Leo even comes with a gorgeous lil cat which was been amazingggggggg.

There is 3 bathrooms in total - one ensuite, one upstairs, and one downstairs. There's also a ton of storage.

THE ROOMS

The rooms available are pretty much identical in size and shape and are both priced at £950/month.

Both rooms come fully-furnished (fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and bed).

Bills are approx. £150/month pp including; Council Tax, Electricity, Water, Heating, Internet (1Gbps), NOW TV (sports), Netflix, Deliveroo Plus, & a Cleaner every 2 weeks.

The landlord, Get Living London (GLL), is a fee-free property management company, and so there is no legal deposit required.

GLL will need to do referencing and paperwork.

To pass GLL's referencing you will need to prove you earn above a certain amount per annum - unsure of what this number is this year but an approximate guess would be £32k+.

THE FLATMATES

The current flatmates are Leo & Brennan.

Both are 27-28yo professionals who are easy-going and work mostly from home with occasional office visits. It’s always been a fun and friendly household over the years so we're keen for the new flatmates to fit in and be up for socialising. This includes going out for drinks/food, games nights, and hosting the (rather) occasional party.

The Flat is a 5-minute walk to Stratford International Station and DLR and around 10 minutes to Stratford Underground.

Hackney Wick is on your doorstep. Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes & Walthamstow Marshes are all a stone’s throw away, so great routes if you like your running/walking.

5 mins walk to Westfield (incl. big Waitrose), 1 min walk to Nisa Local, 5 min walk to Sainsbury's local, 20 min walk to Lidl and big Asda.
