I’m sad to say I’m leaving this incredible flat I’ve lived in for the past 3 years. We’re looking for someone fun, sociable and easy going person to replace me. The room comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, a generous wardrobe.

The flat benefits from a modern open plan kitchen and front room, as well as large winter garden. Parking is also available at an additional cost via Get Living.

You'll be sharing with two males 31 & 33, one working in advertising and the other in energy . Both are really friendly they appreciate their own space but equally we enjoy socialising together.

Ideally we are looking for another house mate, male or female around the ages of 27 - 34 who is outgoing, clean and respects each other's space.
