Hi Everyone,

I’m sadly moving out and looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It is a beautiful flat in East Village.

About your two flatmates:

Serwan is a 30 years old architect working in central London. He is passionate about anything creative; Hiking, cycling, exploring new places, photography and filmmaking and cooking.

Joe is also a 30 years old consultant working in central London. He is into sport and works out regularly. He is into exploring new places and a good adventure.

They both really enjoy getting to know people and have a good conversation and of course while respecting each other’s personal space and privacy!

They are always up for trying new things, time to time having friends over for flat meals and generally just good vibes, but also respectful of others space. They are open and got on well with each other so want to have the same connection with the new flatmates too.

The flat will be becoming available from 22nd June, however, can be flexible if needed earlier.

The property is very well connected. Closest transport links are:
- Stratford tube station: 7 min walk
- Stratford International DLR station: 4 min walk
- Stratford International rail station: 4 min walk (regular trains to Kings Cross that reach there within 7 mins)

Council Tax Property Band: D
Monthly bills stand at around £130-200/month.
